Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term scenarios (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global institutions on strategic transformation
