Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate foresight strategy through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact innovation initiatives in quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and human-machine collaboration
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and climate adaptation
- Proven track record of developing multi-year corporate transformation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership on societal evolution or technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
