As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and global partners to identify disruptive forces, quantify their impact, and translate insights into actionable initiatives. You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies and proprietary frameworks to forecast market shifts, regulatory changes, and technological breakthroughs that will redefine industries by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps and product development pipelines
- Establish quantitative models to forecast market disruption and competitive positioning through 2030
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate foresight into corporate strategy, M&A decisions, and investment allocation
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and maintain a network of leading futurists and domain experts
- Develop proprietary methodologies for rapid trend assessment and early-warning systems for paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans that drove measurable business impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities, with experience communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related quantitative discipline
- Published thought leadership or peer-reviewed research in foresight, innovation, or strategic transformation
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Pro, Scenariio) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
