Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized client consultations and product demonstrations
- Build lasting customer relationships and maintain client databases
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, jewelry, or home goods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in CRM and POS systems
