Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining features, and demonstrating product benefits to close sales.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and returns.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Participate in inventory management and seasonal floor set preparations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems.
