Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry to the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilize active listening and consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-up communications.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
