Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling techniques, and personalized customer interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Merchandise and maintain store displays to ensure optimal visual appeal and stock availability
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Support store operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
