Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Build lasting client relationships via personalized service and follow-up
- Execute visual merchandising to enhance brand presentation
- Train and mentor new sales associates on sales techniques
- Process transactions accurately and maintain inventory controls
- Contribute to store performance analytics and improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven retail sales experience

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
