Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS systems with precision while processing transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Collaborate with team to optimize inventory management and stock rotation
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Participate in training programs to deepen product expertise and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or high-end fashion sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in premium retail environments
- Expertise in clienteling and building long-term customer relationships
- Advanced proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Shopify POS, Square)
- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills
- Exceptional communication with fluency in English and additional languages valued
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional vendor meetings (if applicable)
