Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product consultations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Train new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management

Qualifications
- 2+ years proven retail sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong product knowledge in premium home goods or fashion retail
- Proficient in POS systems (Square/Retail Pro) and basic inventory management
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (for store errands)
