Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Exceed personal and team sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive shopping experiences
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy and security
- Train and mentor junior associates on brand standards and sales techniques
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment procedures
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in premium retail environments
- Expertise in fashion/apparel with strong product knowledge
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
