- Manage inventory control processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align store operations with brand strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume retail sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in luxury or premium product categories (apparel, beauty, home goods)
- Advanced proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build client relationships
- Strong visual merchandising and presentation abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for potential vendor visits)
