Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and compelling displays
- Train and mentor new sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage inventory control and loss prevention procedures
- Collect customer feedback to improve store operations and product selection
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Strong fashion sense and ability to style diverse customer demographics
- Expertise in POS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
