Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product knowledge
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash integrity
- Train and mentor new associates on brand standards and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume retail sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in previous roles
- Expertise in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer focus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
