Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed sales targets by building strong client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive brand experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals and inventory management
- Participate in product training to maintain deep knowledge of luxury merchandise
- Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant store monitoring
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify Retail)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license for potential off-site events
- High school diploma or equivalent required
