Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized client consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Process transactions using our POS system while ensuring accuracy and security
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and customer preferences
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events to maximize foot traffic
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in premium retail environments
- Expertise in fashion trends, sizing, and product specifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site client appointments
- Portfolio demonstrating visual merchandising achievements preferred
