Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize various channels to identify, research, and qualify potential leads within the assigned territory.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Deal Closure: Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including pipeline activity, deal stages, and forecasting.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
