Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate our product portfolio to decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions that drive value for the client.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide weekly sales reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
