- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Michigan industrial market
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, trade shows, and networking
- Present customized solutions to C-level executives at Fortune 500 manufacturers
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product engineers to develop client-specific solutions
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client retention

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with industrial products
