Responsibilities
- Prospect and close enterprise deals ($50k-$500k ARR) across Seattle metro area
- Develop strategic territory plans using Salesforce and CRM analytics
- Present product demonstrations to C-suite executives at client sites
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain 95%+ client retention through quarterly business reviews
- Track and exceed quarterly revenue targets consistently
- Mentor junior sales associates during onboarding
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B outside sales experience with enterprise solutions
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex deal cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong negotiation skills with contract management experience
