Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Indiana
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Present complex solutions to C-level executives in manufacturing and logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Manage CRM pipeline and forecast sales accurately
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis regional market
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel 60% of time
