Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Conduct 15-20 face-to-face client meetings weekly across Nebraska and Iowa
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Present complex solutions through customized demonstrations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track and report sales metrics using Salesforce CRM
- Identify and leverage upsell opportunities within existing client base
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with consistent overachievement
- Proven track record in selling enterprise solutions ($50k+ deals)
- Expertise in consultative selling and value-based negotiation
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 30-40% within territory
