Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients within assigned territory (Eastern MA, NH, RI)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Present complex solutions to C-level executives through in-person meetings and virtual demos
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand brand presence
- Mentor junior sales team members on best practices and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong network within Boston-area technology or professional services sectors
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex solution-based negotiations
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time within assigned territory
- Exceptional presentation skills and executive presence
