Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets across assigned territory
- Conduct 10-15 face-to-face meetings weekly with enterprise decision-makers in Phoenix metro area
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Fortune 500 and mid-market accounts
- Present complex technical solutions through customized ROI-driven proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity and forecast accurately
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience with documented $500K+ annual revenue achievement
- Proven success selling SaaS solutions or enterprise technology products
- Expertise in consultative selling methodology and value proposition development
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation highly regarded
- Ability to travel 60-70% within Arizona and occasionally to regional offices
