Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business across the Dallas metroplex
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas (provide numbers if possible)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 60-70% within Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
