Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts across Boston's key business districts
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business through cold outreach, networking, and industry events
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and implementation
- Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities
- Represent InnovateTech at Boston's premier tech conferences and business forums
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with $500K+ annual quotas
- Deep knowledge of Boston's business landscape and key industries
- Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
- Strong negotiation skills with complex enterprise contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
