Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Develop customized solutions for enterprise clients across verticals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with consistent performance
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and ROI presentations
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasting
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Excellent verbal/written communication with executive-level presence
- Proficiency with sales analytics and KPI reporting
