Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to C-level executives across diverse industries
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales pipeline updates
- Participate in team training sessions and share best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle complex objections
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
