Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario planning methodologies

- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions aligned with future human needs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and media engagements
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented product development
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systemic scenario modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) strongly preferred
