Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, biotech, and quantum computing teams
- Produce annual Horizon Reports on emerging market disruptions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and sustainable futures
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Proven track record of implementing 2020+ technology forecasts
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Certification in APF Certified Foresight Professional preferred
