Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for business model evolution and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Conduct primary research through expert interviews, data modeling, and global trend synthesis
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to cultivate future-ready thinking
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social catalysts that will reshape industry landscapes
- Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate future scenarios to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools and strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects and impact
