Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor and analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations of future scenarios for stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into business strategies
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Portfolio of future-strategy projects or published foresight work
