Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching 3-5 disruptive initiatives annually
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify market opportunities
- Establish KPIs and metrics for innovation success across product, service, and process domains
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling business cases
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Foster an innovation culture through internal hackathons and external partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
