Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models and operations
- Establish innovation KPIs and track forward-looking metrics
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Economics, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (Web4, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight preferred
