- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot initiatives
- Advant board members on systemic risk/opportunity matrices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record advising Fortune 500 on transformation
- Certification in Advanced Futures Methodology preferred
