Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with UN SDGs and ESG imperatives
- Curate and analyze emerging technology signals (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI governance)
- Present future-state roadmaps to investors and board members using immersive data visualization
- Mentor junior futurists while building proprietary forecasting methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems modeling, and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation track record
