Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and external clients through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-focused strategies into business operations
- Monitor horizon scanning data sources and publish trend reports for internal and external audiences

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven experience with trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainable technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, white papers, or books)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method, STEEP analysis, or technology roadmapping
