Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic briefs for board-level stakeholders
- Design and maintain innovation pipelines aligned with 3-5 year market evolution trajectories
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptability and future-readiness across departments
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and industry foresight summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with futures simulation tools and foresight software platforms
