Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech, quantum computing) and their 2026+ implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives using advanced data analytics and AI forecasting tools
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate 2026-viable innovations
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications or platforms
