Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal changes impacting 2026
- Develop and publish trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Build quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven analytics and qualitative research
- Advolve clients on future-proofing strategies across supply chains, workforce evolution, and regulatory landscapes
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists while cultivating an internal culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy (required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite audiences and non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
