Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging threats across global markets
- Produce high-impact foresight reports translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing technologies and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs to track organizational alignment with long-term strategic objectives
- Represent the company at industry forums, shaping discourse on future trends and ethical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and market disruption analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFS, WFS) strongly preferred
