Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global tech/social/economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven scenario modeling
- Drive R&D investments in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in tech/healthcare/energy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, systems thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or published trend analyses
