Responsibilities

- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario-planning documents for stakeholder decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future technology adoption strategies
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technological adoption timelines
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include specific examples in application)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks and their commercialization pathways
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
