Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future trends and strategic implications
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness
- Curate an external ecosystem of startups, researchers, and futurist networks
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and long-term thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology, business, or related field
