Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions for quantum-AI convergence
- Author strategic whitepapers and scenario plans for sustainable tech adoption pathways
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists through quarterly impact workshops
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-driven risk-benefit matrices

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
