- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports with 5-year predictive analytics
- Build cross-industry partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or R&D innovation
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation implementations
