In this hybrid-remote position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to develop actionable future scenarios. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational resilience for the post-2025 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports with quantified impact assessments
- Design innovation frameworks for clients to navigate disruptive transitions
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and scenario planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business roadmaps
- Advolve AI ethics and sustainable development principles into all strategic outputs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing foresight frameworks or scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, trend analysis software)
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into commercial opportunities
- Portfolio of published future scenario analyses or innovation strategies
