Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal developments
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present findings at global conferences and publish in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
