Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy across 3 core verticals: AI Ethics, Climate Tech, and Neuro-Interface Systems
- Lead 5-7 cross-functional pods in rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and global innovation accelerators
- Drive patent development and intellectual property portfolio expansion
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the Board and investors
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurists and R&D specialists
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring societal impact and commercial viability
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ years in Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Proven track record launching products generating $50M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or Human-Computer Interaction
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Go)
- Certification in Systems Thinking (STC) or Design Futures (DFT)
