Responsibilities
- Forecast and document emerging tech trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-driven automation and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation with market needs
- Author whitepapers on quantum computing applications and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Represent FutureWorks at global tech forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published author or keynote speaker at Web Summit, CES, or similar forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
